I think this was a problem reported with the cracked versions of Eloquence addon. I don’t have this problem with the SAPI 5 Code Factory eloquence I bought or the Sapi 4

Hello,
Using NVDA with an Eloquence synth on my windows 7 computer, the volume won't move from 50%.
I can move it to 100% in the volume box in the NVDA settings, but I cannot save the change.

First, to answer the original question, Control+Alt+arrow keys is typically used by Intel display drivers to set screen orientation. I believe you can turn off a setting in Intel graphics

I’m not sure this hierarchy is correct. the NVDA passthrough command exists so that you can pass a NVDA command through without it being processed by NVDA. Control+alt+LeftRightUpDown arrows

I would think that if you are in browse mode, NVDA intercepts the commands and they never reach the display adapter. So it shouldn’t matter as long as you use the commands in browse mode.
