If you are using a portable version of NVDA, you won't see any information in the task manager. You need to use an installed version.
As for the other method, the about pane, I checked

I don't know if you will get an answer to that question. I have no problem seeing the information using system info. I was using a portable version of NVDA and Windows 10 and I saw it.

screen reader running she copied the balance amount shown as a numeric
number she cut and paste into notepad and it was a numeric

I use Belarc Advisor to know all of this, and a lot more about my system. It will render in a nice easy to read html formatted page. I’ve been using this app off and on for the past 20 or so years.

Either use the search facility in Windows, or go to the run box. Type msinfo. If you type this after using the windows key, you should get system information.
