Solving Captshas
In my humble opinion this can be part of the job of a screen reader, so why not integrate such a facility in NVDA directly rather than via an external addon to a browser?

Since ribbons have been standard since somewhere around 2007 (Office 2007 was the first program I was using frequently that "went ribbon") anything that's come after that will have the ribbon

Press:
CTR+R
To open the run dialog.
Type:
Shell:appsfolder
In a couple of seconds, all of your win10 apps will be in a virticle
