A custom script writer could charge something, I agree. But a screen reader itself should be financed by sponsoring and donations. Not by obligatory payments from users.

its called calendar
You need to go to apps and accounts, link your ms and your google accounts to it to fully use it then you can use that as a sort of shell.

Well usually its due to a power setting, you can set this to not go to sleep or not require a password to sign in however if its a family computer then there may be some security reasons you don't

The tools to code don't cost, and if its an inhouse program the only thing one can charge is time and level of difficulty.

I agree, the company if its in house would have to do it themselves or comission someone to do it themselves.
Even if one of us that is good enough were comisioned they couldn't really reveal it on

But there in lies the problem.
We are opensource.
The addons by nature usually need to be free.
In house custom made software is for the company, and unless they do it themselves, it is unlikely

depending what you do on my machine here i have it so when windows starts it just goes into windows and by passes the log on screen.
I do have direction of how to get rid of it if you want them
