Yes it’s usually in the overflow area and you will also find it if you use file explorer and press the applications key when the drive in question is selected.

Thank you for all of the suggestions. I managed to fix the problem. I went into the configuration directory, and manually made changes. This forced the program to go back to the factory default

nvda --disable-addons
since the parameter -r is to restart NVDA... Since it is not running, it is not necessary to restart...

I tried it with a portable version and it works. NVDA doesn't have to be running to issue this command. it will run NVDA with no add ons if it isn't running when you issue the command.
