Hey gene.
Yeah, I don’t know, it seems to work now on chrome, whether I tried it before using this browser or not, using the root and left mouse click method. But maybe it doesn’t work reliably

I'm surprised it works in Chrome on your machine since it doesn't on mine.
Now you can suggest that your friend try Chrome or Edge, though neither worked on my machine, or you can suggest

This illustrates the crucial importance in having both a Chrome-based browser and a not Chrome-based browser on a computer for a blind user.

Someone with technical knowledge about web site design may comment on this. But the button isn't seen when you switch to focus mode. You can't tab or shift tab to it and you cant tab or shift

Hey everyone.
Way back in 2018, there was a thread about this, which I contributed to.

Ok I am using Win11-22h2, and if I understand what you’ve shared, waiting for the addon v22.11 will mean missing out on something that this manual download provides. Is that right?

Re: question about my startup window
Here is another solution:
Create a shortcut of the.exe file that starts NVDA into this folder:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
Then, under the shortcut tab of the file

Sadly I have come to the conclusion that microsoft makes quite a few mistakes.
Ok so amd does to but they do note them down.
For me I am happy I don't use win11 either.

The window that you get when you run a batch file can be annoying, but serves no other purpose other than to indicate any problems and should disappear if the exit command is encountered in the batch

Yes and to me, no matter which kind of gmail online system is in use, it feels sponge like. I just don't like web mail for this reason, and the problem of any webmail provider suddenly changing

I don't think that has any relevance to the problem. the person doesn't want NVDA to run and speak during login. The setting you are talking about causes NVDA to use, for example, the same

Hi,
I advise installing 22.10.1 if you are using Windows 11 Version 22H2 as it lights up support for Suggested Actions, specifically announcing actions when you copy text such as date and phone
