Re: holding off on 2022.1 due to Code Factory dragging their feet
yes that is why I mostly use jaws, now. I only use NVDA to play with old sapi4 synthesizers that jaws does not support and if I want to use old versions of softvoice or decTalk.

Re: holding off on 2022.1 due to Code Factory dragging their feet
the codeFactory addon only works with NVDA. sapi5 works with everything. sapi5 works with NVDA, text readers like balabolka, audio games, and anything else that can use sapi5, even jaws.

Re: About Quick support on Windows 10
Hi.
Do you mean Quick Assist? Yes, it is a known issue. Route the mouse cursor to the position of the object navigator and perform a left click. This will give focus to the web view inside the app.

Yes that is right but from what I hear there was very little to change from the last version.

Are you sure this is not an intermittent old issue? I'm sure sometimes on Windows 7 this sort of thing happened as well. The only recourse seemed to be to shut and restart nvda then. Sadly I've not

That's where I've been seeing the updated info located.

Wow, that was fast, but I thougth that version of nvda was already released, or am I getting confused with an earlier version released about a month ago to the public.

Hi Ron: Go into setting and tab to system, then arrow down to multitasking and see if it helps to change any of the multitasking options. Good Luck.
