Its not really hacked, but anyway, I've had few problems with Outlook express on windows 7. The issues that have always been in it are still there of course, but then many pieces of software have bugs

Its not a crack as such. All it is is a bundle of display routines etc, to trick a copy of Outlook express into thinking its still on xp when its on 7 or 10. It works fine There are some issues though
