Hi. this is an illegal add on which should not really be on any repository. Unfortunately, things like this come with no support.

I gave a method for just adjusting playback settings that is easier. If someone wants to adjust things like recording settings, your method would provide access to that as well as to adjusting play

I'm not sure if you can adjust the NVDA volume in that way. But to adjust playback volume in general, hold the windows key and type r.
Then when the dialog opens, type sndvol and press enter.

So does this mean there is no workaround or reasonable fix to get NVDA to use the mobile voices? The desktop voices just have a lot of non-responsiveness

The Microsoft Anna voice was in Windows 7 and that should work with NVDA (in Windows 7). They took it out in Windows 8 in favour of the newer voices, David and Zara etc, which are available to NVDA
