The Microsoft api voices, such as David an Zera. They will not work with Audio ducking after installing Windows11. Espeak works with Audio Ducking and the one-core voices work with Audio Ducking,

Hi,
I have it working fine on windows ARM. Running it as a VM on two M1 macs. It is surprisingly fast on the mac virtualised.
But performance may be hardware dependent.

That may be. I believe the JAWS feature reads the full screen the first time it changes and then only reads what has changed. It has been so long since I used the feature that I’m not sure.
