Audio ducking should be available on Windows 8 and above (so not Vista or 7 as noted by others).
To access it on a PC with Windows 8 or 10, you can either:
- Press NVDA+shift+d
or
- Via the NVDA

That's an incredibly important data point to have. It does not surprise me that the WebVisum developers are not responsive. I wrote to them directly when the lack of digital signature

Vista doesn’t support audio ducking! Sorry about that! You can only get it in windows ten.

Well I just removed and installed the official version.
The main reason is that the official ones usually autoupdate securely, and then I killed the other version.

What I meant to say was this. Reformat if it's your last resort. Try to remember what you installed witch caused your problem. If it's whatever it is you last installed. Then uninstall the last thing
