Re: NVDA can not read win10 command prompt window
Hi
I don’t think this is what legacy mode is for. I can read the command prompt window contents using the review cursor with Object mode active and I do not have legacy mode switched on.

control m will be your friend. Once done you can escape out of it. You can even copy lines from there to paste somewhere else.

Slide deck prep
Are there any good resources on how to use PowerPoint or Google Slides with NVDA to prepare a slide deck for presentation? I've actually never done this before.

Re: NVDA and the Windows Task Scheduler
Thanks. Apparently it's not even an NVDA issue. Rather, it's whether the task is in the Local or Library area of Task Scheduler that determines whether the tabs you mention even appear.

I now see what you mean, literally. Those of us who are "point and clickers" in our general daily workings with Windows come into things like file explorer Windows with focus on the folder tree,

Re: Is there a way to control click (select) with NVDA?
Hi Brian,
The reason for the double press of CTRL Space is that you are already on the first item, so it is selected. What you are effectively doing, is unselecting, then reselecting it.

Before that, please check if Editing on the cell is checked. If so, uncheck.
It is in Excel options, under Editing or Advanced, I don't remember...

Is there a way to control click (select) with NVDA?
I am trying to do 301 redirects to support HTTPS on my WordPress site. A guide I came across suggests using the Better Search Replace plugin to edit the URLs in the database tables from HTTP to HTTPS.
