I heard someone or some company bought Winamp and is going to keep updating it. Haven't seen any updates in over a year though but it keeps on playing all my audio files and radio

Kevin, you can use the ctrl+windows key+f3 key combination to bring up it's options dialogue, and on something like the second page, you can tell it which volume level to reset to, etc.
