The answer to your question is, "No," if you are literally trying to append to the clipboard.
That being said, if you're a Windows 10 user (it may even be in Windows 8.1) you can use Clipboard History

This is almost certainly an issue with using Windows Live Mail with Gmail, not NVDA or JAWS related. I do not know whether turning on the "Allow Less Secure Apps" setting on Google

I can post using GMail and Windows Live Mail. Not being supported has nothing to do with whether a program will still work.

Oops, left off "unnecessarily complicated," at the end. Using a half-and-half webmail and half email client is, put mildly, unnecessarily complicated.

For what your trying to do make sure the desk or laptop has enough power.
Your looking for CPU's with 8 or more cores and high thread if you go vertual machine.
In either case make sure you have 32
