Regarding which add-ons are compatible with NVDA 2019.3 as of December 14, 2019:

Out of 69 add-ons registered on community add-ons website, two-thirds (46) are compatible, with 12 add-ons marked as incompatible. Others are being worked on, planned to be ported, or add-on features are now part of NVDA as of 2019.3 (specifically, Focus Highlight and Enhanced Aria features are now part of NVDA 2019.3). Including add-ons being worked on (under development and testing), the number of compatible add-ons rises to 54 (78%).
Notable add-ons with status changes include Clipspeak, Audio Themes, Braille Extender, Clip Contents Designer, Emoticons, Place Markers, and Report Symbols. Most of these are going through development snapshot testing at the moment, and Braille Extender and Clipspeak are declared compatible. For Audio Themes fans, version 6.0 beta is available for testing.
And no, NVDA Remote is still incompatible, although one of the authors said he is looking into making it ready for 2019.3 and sent a word about it and asked for help from NV Access.

Hi.
I think what you are referring to is that NVDA makes a buzzing sound when you spell something incorrectly. If you go to NVDA’s keyboard settings there is an option play sound for spelling errors. Uncheck that option.

Hi joseph, its really a good news that we are getting the 2019.3 very soon, and much of the addons are compatible, I want to ask, there is an addon called file reader by oriel Goma’s, is there any chance for this addon to be register on the community addons site, and be compatible for the latest version of NVDA? Comments on the Code Factory Eloquence and Vocalizer add-on

When the Code Factory Eloquence and Vocalizer add-on first came out many years ago, it may have been that one that had lots of artifacts in Eloquence. If so, I've been playing with both the version now available that is compatible with NVDA before migration to Python (spelling 3) and the Python 3 compatible version. In both cases, the Eloquence synthesizer no longer has the artifacts, if it did for a time in the past.

Also, and this would need discussion and verification from others, the new version seems to cause many programs to open very slowly and it appears to run itself very slowly when selected. Once running, it works properly but it takes a long time to run on my machine. It appears that once other programs are running, they run properly as well. Since this is only one machine, as I said, this needs verification.

This slowness doesn't occur with Vocalizer voices.

Whether this is a problem with the add-on itself or if it is somehow caused by changes in NVDA to how speech is handled or the change to Python 3, I have no idea. Also, my machine is running Windows 7.

Probably you need to use the NVDA beta for the current version with those voices. I very much doubt they are backward compatible with earlier NVDA versions because of changes in NVDA.

If you want to see if that is the problem and not disturb your current NVDA installation, you can run a portable version of the NVDA beta and try the voices with that.

					Hello!
Is there a way to drag and drop with NVDA without using the mouse?
In theory, keeping the left click with the NVDA command and releasing
it in another mouse position should work, but that doesn't happen. The
only way I found to fix this is to hold down the physical mouse click
while with the other hand I move the object browser and synchronize it
with the mouse pointer.
Before I used a drag-and-drop addon but with NVDA 2019.3 it is no
longer compatible.

I remain attentive if you know anything, greetings and thank you very

					Hello,
In Microsoft Word, using UI Automation (in advanced options this is
activated) the same thing happens, there is no way to synchronize both
modes as you can do with this option deactivated.

I'd love to see that problem solved.

1.       Open:

https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/demo/basic-example/

2.       Press o to get to the "Application" and hit enter.

3.       Press escape until you are placed in the editing area.

4.       Arrow down several lines

5.       Press NVDA+space to go into brows mode.

6.       Arrow up and down to find out your cursor when editing is
different than your cursor when in brows mode.

7.       In brows mode, hit h to go to "A simple table to play with" and
hit enter.

8.       Press read current line and it will be on the last line you were
on in focus mode.

I'm sure someone would find this behavior useful sometime, but it is really
making using rich text fields annoying in the browser.

Is there some way to connect these two cursors together?

I have both Caret moves review cursor on, and Focus moves navigator object
on.
