Hello all!

i am using eloquence and vocalizer by code factory with NVDA.

i have configured speech rate from the eloquence setting so , now if i do change the speech rate from the NVDA then the speed does not changes.

but if i do disable speech rate from the eloquence settings then i am able to change.

does anyone knows how to do this having speech rate configured from the eloquence setting?

I don't use the GMail web interface for reading mail.  I've played a little with the web interface and at this point, I don't know why you can't move in focus mode.  There may be a command you need to use to move to the e-mail list first.  Others will likely discuss the question.

example navigate in the list of my emails. how is it possible to use

email and go to previous or next items in focus mode?

 your email client can only work if you have a working computer. if

your computer dies or laptop gone, then where is all your emails?

It might be subjective if email client is faster for some but I can

move around in gmail faster than on outlook.

I had the same misunderstanding, I thought I needed to buy a new version of Vocaliser voices, but all you need to do is update the license as described by others, don't forget to unsubscribe your license key before installing the update.

You will need to download the voices again when complete.

Are you using an add-on for the voices?  I don't use them and I don't recall, from the little I played with them if an add-on is required.  If so, the add-on needs updating.  I'll let others discuss how to do that.

Meanwhile, you asked about other voices.  From the little playing around with the Vocalizer Voices I did, it appears to me that the Microsoft One Core Voice Cira is roughly equivalent to the Vocalizer lower quality options.  I consider the lower quality options to be significantly superior in naturalness to the supposedly higher quality options.  They pause more naturally and they may have less problems joining words together. 

You may want to continue to use Code Factory Voices but meantime, Cira may be a good free option that is already on the machine.
You may like David but Cira is a little better at diction.
