Re: reloading nvda
Yeah I removed mine. I don’t need that shortcut. So I just quickly restart nvda like I have done for I am not sure how long now.

I had not known about white noise, I had Bluetooth Audio. I installed white noise and it took about 30 seconds to kick in once I switched to my Bluetooth headset, but it seems to be consistent afterwards. I let it sit for a couple minutes and my first key press wasn’t cut off. Shawn Klein

If you have no shortcut such as I, you can type nvda in the run dialogue and it will restart. I’m sure you can also create a batch file as well to accomplish this.

That isn’t the newest version of Silenzio. You can download the
newest version here:
This is a direct download link and I don’t know if
Silenzio, once installed, has information files.
You can see a little discussion of it on this
page:
Search for Silenzio from the top of the page to see the
discussion about Silenzio. If you are curious, you may want to read the
Jonathan Mosen entry about the problem on the page I linked to immediately
above.

Hi,
I think the general consensus is that Fluency is one of the most accessible on Windows and it sounds like their customer support people are responsive too. I haven't used it myself but this is the vibe I get from The Roundtable list for blind and vision impaired translators and interpreters. Here's Fleuncey: https://www.westernstandard.com/Fluency/freelancers.aspx And the list page; http://lists.screenreview.org/listinfo.cgi/theroundtable-screenreview.org |

Dear all,
My general concern of unresponsiveness in Word has been addressed for the most part in recent development builds of NVDA. In particular, I have had an imperfect but relatively smooth experience in using the latest Alpha snapshot of NVDA in Word for Microsoft 365. I am genuinely excited for the next couple stable releases of NVDA that will package these improvements. Thanks. Hi, Yes you should be able to interact with those objects. Depending on the situation sometimes just pressing enter will work. If not, you can try NVDA+enter (laptop layout) or NVDAA+numpad enter (desktop layout). You may also need to move the focus to the object. I kinda forget which is which but it's either NVDA+backspace or NVDA+shift+backspace.
