I don’t recall if anyone sent a link for Silenzio. Here is a Jonathan
Mosen discussion of the problem which includes a link.
If you don’t want to read the article, search the page for
Silenzio and you will get to the discussion of it.

Hi Chris, thank you so much for this, but Reaper, I have it installed on my laptop, but my laptop is so old, it takes for ever just open up reaper at least in half an hour.
and as a result, I have never been able to learn how to use reaper. I’m still saving to buy a new computer, that maybe I can take me about what ,for months but eventually I’ll get there. With been laid off from work as well, it has made things just much harder because of Covid, I hope everyone who still has got a job to wake up to, is enjoying it. Charlie

Try Reaper with both Osara and the SWS extension installed. Also see Komplete Kontrol by Native Instruments for your keyboard needs.

Hello everyone, I just want to know if anyone has, or is there any add on for: ProTools on Windows, Abelson live, studio one, or any other recording software that producers are using out there?
I have a friend that wants to use machine, but Is struggling immensely to control the parameters of machine. I would love to go back to my ProTools, because I have the license, and get myself immersed in everything about ProTools, but my only option seems to go only on the Mac. I would really love to hear more about this if anyone can tell me about it, hope all of you have a lovely day. Charlie South Africa.

Re: Thunderbird not entering trash folder
Daniel (and anyone else reading),
Remember that Thunderbird has a local Trash folder, which will just be noted as Trash. If you want it to use your IMAP server's Trash folder you have to go through the dropdown to choose that, and afterward it will show up as something like, "Trash @ {insert email address here}." -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 20H2, Build 19042 Always remember others may hate you but those who hate you don't win unless you hate them. Go and grab Silenzio from here:- http://www.stefankiss.sk/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=112 This keeps the sound card awake all the time. It's aggressive power management of the sound card that causes the problem. Jaws has the ability to keep the sound card awake built in, but until we get it for NVDA, then Silenzio is the answer. Re: Thunderbird not entering trash folder
Daniel McGee
Hi Brian
Thanks for telling me about the server settings under the account section. For some reason, I completely tabbed over the treeview where the server settings are held and missed even more settings than I know what to do .
Trash was already selected, but I re selected it in the combo box after double checking what was in there. Now mail is moving to trash as expected.
Thunderbird is such a powerful email client!
Thanks again
Daniel

Hello list,

I have now produced a short guide to the braille commands I can now use with a focus braille display and nvda. The list is too long to produce on list so, if any user wishes to have a look at this first attempt at a guide they are welcome to do so. Please e-mail dwhuckle@... I'll send you an attachment. This guide shows how I have found it best to use these commands, others might have found other ways but I know this thread has created a lot of interest. I should like to thank those on list who have assisted me in this matter. Kind regards, Dennis huckle.

The list you refer to isn't complete. I have offered the developer of the braille extender add on, who is a French student and developing this in her spare time, to help produce further documentation. She hasn't come back yet but I'll help anyone on list if I can. Its quite good, a lot different to jaws but works with the focus displays. Get back if you wish on the e-mail shown in this message. Re: Thunderbird not entering trash folder
Yes. Thunderbird lets you control what happens when you delete a message.
If you open Account Settings for the account where it's not going to trash, then open Server Settings, there is a section with three radio buttons that is entitled, When I delete a message. The three radio button choices are: 1. Move it to a folder (followed by a dropdown that allows you to select the folder, which defaults to something other than Trash on your account's IMAP server). 2. Just mark it as deleted. 3. Remove it immediately. If you have anything other than the first choice chosen, or you have the first choice chosen but have not set the folder to Trash under that Gmail account on the server, it's going somewhere else. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 20H2, Build 19042 Always remember others may hate you but those who hate you don't win unless you hate them. Hi all When using my Gmail account with the thunderbird email program. After deleting emails, they end up skipping the trash folder entirely. On iPhone and iPad, they do go into trash before final deletion. Anyone else experiencing this? Regards

You might write to the authors of the Zoom Accessibility Enhancements Add-on, and ask them to help with this problem in their next version.
https://addons.nvda-project.org/./addons/zoomEnhancements.en.html They won't be able to help with the screen sharing problem, but the links in chat problem should be solvable. Luke
