This is Marv here. Jaws works good with iTunes. Lino, That is exactly what I'm referring to. I think I'll download JAWS and give it a spin with iTunes if you say it does good with NVDA.

Hi Marvin, Eh? Which down arrow key are you pressing? It should be the inverted T (non-Numpad) down arrow, as numpad down arrow is reserved for a different feature. Cheers, Joseph

This is Marv here again. I am using laptop layout just like in jaws. When I use insert plus downarrow, nvda just reads a little bit; a line or so. Any other tricks I can try; should I feed him LOL.

You can't use insert with numpad down arrow. You have to use insert with down arrow on the main keyboard. Gene
