Brian, that might have been right before I joined that group. The instructions I gave were what I figured out on my own as I was frustrated by not being able to do it in some sort of logical

uBlock Origin is only active when a page has been loaded, and I mean a real webpage. It will show as off for an empty new tab, tabs for settings, etc.
