That's interesting. It sounds as though it thinks it is reading some sort of credit or copyright information as a menu. I don't know if that makes any sense technically.

Good question. There actually isn't currently a way to have cell names read automatically, though it is a good idea. I created an issue for it: https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda/issues/8963

I installed the 1809 version before it was pulled and besides it screwing up a few default settings, which I was able to reset, I had no issues with it.
Since then, Windows updated again
