Basically if you create a portable copy on the hard drive then copy the folder onto the cd, it will work but the same provisos are still true, ie no altering of settings that need to be saved or

Actually this does work for me, but itss l o w and of course it cannot change its settings. After all a cdd can be used to run the installer which can be run as is as long as you only want espeak

No it can be on a cd. Lots of issues could be the problem. How are you making sure that the new pc has the correct drivers for nvda to use your hardware. Can it actually read the cdd. It is probably a

It has downloaded though it seems small.
I'll try it later on. For those who are looking for it in nvda it would normally show up in the sapi5 synth, not nvda.

If it's an image on Facebook, it sometimes helps to follow the link and
then pick the "view full size" link. It doesn't always make a
