With some playing around I managed to configure JAWS to work in UEB
with both input and output tables. Now i'll try again to do the same
with NVDA.

Sounds like you didn't have Service Pack 1 installed before trying to install
NVDA.

Really? I am sure every CD I've got of 7 worked straight away with nvda and after about a day of updates.
Not aware that anything is broken seriously.

I use George which is one of the one core voices. My onlycomplaint is that I wish it could go a bit faster. I am running it at 100 whichis the maximum.

Another way that I do it is to forward that message back to the person.
So I do control + F
And then tab to the message body and arrow down to where the from field is, and for most lists, it shows

I just checked and they do not seem to work. I opened a .dxb file and
appeared in computer braille although Duxbury is set to import files
in UEB BANA. Interestingly, a document in .docx opened in UEB

Since you are using Win 10, you won't get that ugly voice! It will default to a Windows One Core voice and these are very understandable. Only thing is they can't be sped up very much
