We have what I think is a really good system here in Canada. Coins for small denominations (up to two dollars), and $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 bills. The new bills are made of a kind of plasticised

Are you asking how to save a webpage as HTML source? That can be done in any web browser. In Chrome it's under the More Tools submenu, Save page as item and in Firefox it's in the main menu, same

I misinterpreted your original question entirely. I thought you were somehow trying to take a file of text and run some sort of converter on it to make an image, which you can't really do.
