It's Alt+Win+Shift+S and it's called 'Open the User Action Menu' - once that dialogue's open, you can tab around to find the options to follow, unfollow, block etc.

If you press Alt+Win+K in TW Blue, you will bring up the keyboard manager and be able to find what you're looking for in there - I can't remember the keystroke off the top of my head, I'm afraid -

Areyousaying that the normal shutdown does not work? Its no good shutting down the process as its hooked into windows and may well cause a crash if you do that.

No sign of it. However using ninite or whatever certainly it installed, but no matter what I tried it crashed on launch, and left itself in a bit of a mess. the log in does not work, ie the fields are

Have you tried NVDA plus Q. Alternatively, you can go to the NVDA menu and click on "Exit" at the bottom. Hope that helps.
