Re: nvda my add-ons have disappeared
Definitely do a disc test and repair though, just to be on the safe side.
Its not going to get the old settings back but might show why it happened.

Did you create a portable version with the default add ons and setting in it? I always do theirs, then if something corrupts nvda, its a simple matter to restore from the portable version.

No as was said elsewhere if you have 2017.x you get 2018.1.1, on windows 7.
Over complication to my mind.

Try unchecking
Either report object description
Or report object tooltips and/or report help balloons

They did something yesterday with a product called robot replay, they said it was a chip you could implant in your arm to interface with the replay capture suite, of course I saw right through it

Oh! I have to open the image up first? What program is best to open images up in for OCR to work best on it? Do I just select Paint or Photos or something else?
