Have you considered using object navigation instead of screen review? This is actually what I do and it works beautifully. Simply in laptop mode (I don't use desktop mode ever) do an nvda shift left

All correct Jacob! NVDA+3 to toggle speak typed words directly. Otherwise NVDA+control+k to open NVDA's keyboard settings and toggle it from in there.

This setting is under NVDA settings, speech, or else you can toggle it using NVDA key + number row 3 - that's with, I think, both desktop and laptop keyboard layouts.

When i used Windows to receive E-mails, I couldn't set it for moving messages to other foldersautomatically, I had to move them manually.
