Read title bar is NVdA key t. The NVDA key is either insert by default.
Read current window is NVDA key b. But this may not read the same things, sometimes more, sometimes less, sometimes other

No 52 on intell chipped xp machines is as far up you can go. I suspect that photon is a development of the old version of the engine.

i am not sure exactly about photon, but read comments in some of
sighted websites and many users were not satisfied with photon!
many wanted to migrate to another browser!
but it does not work on xp
