Not sure if this has been suggested before but, I wonder whether it would be possible to add the ability to set a hotkey to turn on/off focus highlight in NVDA? Given that in the input gestures

That is correct, and also with NVDA + S (toggling speech mode off)

Just to confirm: when you say "even in silent mode", you mean when you have pressed NVDA+Shift+S in VS Code, to put NVDA to sleep?

I have the latest update of windows 10 and everything works, I did however get the latest drivers which were released on the day of the update, 20.5.1, its now 20.7.2 but
