Well to be honest I'd just reinstall windows.
hitman is made by sophos now.
I am still searching for a good antivirus, I'd prefur not to pay expensive subscriptions for something that may or may not

56 32 bit.
I was prompted by firefox to update last night. On reinstalling an older version, in this case 54, the problem went away.

I was actually meaning run it from a desktop shortcut so the batch file opened the command window, thus avoiding the problem of mistyping that command to re register the

Maybe files have been unregistered by the program but I'd be worried that files have been removed. Does the program quaranteen files or just remove them?
Also, does the person have system restore

Never done this exact thing but you can make .executibles run as admin so don't see why a batch file would be that much harder.
