Sounds like its too smart for its own good.
Is it a laptop?
I usually suggest a usb audio dongle for laptops aas many seem to truncate things or add funny clicks. Not sure wh7y this is, but suspect

Thunderbird seems to be very popular. I'm using windows 7 here and still find that Outlook express is useful, you get three licences for 2-0 Euros for tthe conversion program to run it.

Interestingly, I even installed Office XP and its tools onto a windows 7 machine and the OCr works fine with the cannoscan scanner and some other scanners as well. Nothing is ever prefect,

nvda not spelling suggested words in Spell Checker using Word 2010
Greeting to all
When using Word 2010 spell checker, NVDA will spell an error, but when tabing into the list of suggested words will not spell them. I know speech is to automatically spell the error.

Why bother with the reset.
After the update I went through the settings setting things as they should be.
Why bother updating if you will reset, why not just get a fresh image and reformat and fix
