Joseph and other who maintain the AddOn Resource monitor wihch was just mentiond on here recently-updated. Some phrases aren't translated for instance these:

Yes its as though it gets behind somehow. You wait and after sometimes a minute or so, it catches up and then is OK for a bit. I was wondering if it might be the file indexing that is taking the time

I have found issues where the desktop icons seem not to work but generally this seems to be on everything
