Arlene,
Windows key + x can give you "programs and Features" where you can uninstall programs.
Windows key + x has many powerful options.

Also, there's another way to shut down your computer. You can do alt f 4 in the desktop. That too will shut it down.

Jarte is a better choice if you don't like ribbons and it can do a lot more than wordpad.

Try pressing: control plus alt plus N to restart NVDA while a document is open, and then try selecting apiece of text by the key combination of shift plus arrow down.

Windows key + e will give you windows explorer, and windows key + x gives you many interesting options. Arrow up twice for the power button options.

I have Classic Shell installed and can get a start menu that looks more like Windows 7 with a easy option to use the Win 10 start menu if desired.

hi if you back up your Thunderbird this way?
Does it also back up your address books as well?
Or do you have to recreate them after you restore from that back up?

Re: how to using NVDA have A USB thumb drive tel you how much room is left on it
Hi Casey,
If you highlight the USB drive at the drive level--where the C drive and any other discs are shown, if the Computer Window is maximized, NVDA will read the total used and free space.
