the best rate is for me the default rate 30 without boost and i realy
did not understand the different with high speed.
i dont like any speed except the default and even cant understand them!

ESpeak sounds drastically different at 100 % speed compared to 99 %
Hello list,
has anyone else noticed that ESpeak sounds very different upward of a certain rate? The exact values are greater than 99 % in normal operation, and greater than 18 % with rate boost.

Yes indeed some email software does do odd things to links. Also I've noticed on the nvaccess site there seems to be an undetected character to the left of a link which is near the edge of a page on

I should add that you may have to move a little above the link, then tab to it to get it to work. When I just press enter on the link when I arrow to it, it does nothing. When I tab to it, it works.

the principles of all browsers with screen readers are the same or at
least, near to each others.
but i recommend firefox for security, speed, more accessibility, less
system resources etc.

Where you using a portable version of the snapshot? Audio ducking doesn't work in the portable version, only when you install NVDA to the computer.

Well I am using 2016.3. I got it to work after all. Before I was using the latest snap shot of nvda and I went back to stable and the audio ducking started to work again. Please make ure you get a

Those sorts of things take very little time to listen to when on web pages and they are often missed when effective browsing techniques are used.

alt+r, zr, pe, enter, shift+F6 to turn off protection
