No. I don't know why the changes were made nor do I have the technical knowledge to know what might need correcting, which is why I suggested a system restore. I doubt anyone on staff will know

If they occurred after the changes then it may well be that one or more of the changes caused the problems. Sometimes, removing an application removes something it shouldn't because the uninstall

If you are using IMAP, then the messages should still be on the server. I don't know what might be causing the problem or if they are still there.
