I upgraded to win10 in August, and it wint great on both of my computers. They both had 8.1 on them, though. I have heard that there are more chances of drivers being out of date

I have upgraded so far 7 machines to windows 10 without assistance.
Actually when I think of it I thought the last machine had locked up so
reset it then i needed assistance to fix it.

Mainstream support means they are adding features and improvements to Windows. After this ends, extended support means no new features will be added, but security update and bug fixes will still come

I did it a bit over a month ago. You just check the I Agree to accept the license and make sure it is set to keep all current files and programs and then hit upgrade now or something like that and

Its a kind of command mode with an enhanced set of commands . It has a kind of batch language as well. I think it was hoped it would take of instead of the old command prompt, but being the lazy sod I

To me this points at their failing, not yours, as the whole thing works until you hit that one screen, and as not even the most popular v browser works on a submit button, they really do need a kick
