I don't use pay pal myself but when some sites haven't worked for me using NVDA, I've used system access to go and it helped. If you have that or a demo of Jaws, give that a try and see if

It does not auto start. It did while I used Windows 7 but somehow has
lost the auto start function.

Hi, do you have any other screen reader either then NVDA? If you do. Try it. if you don’t get a sighted friend if you have one that will go to your house to see if pay pal is broken.

Pay Pal broken again!
Don't know what's going on, but I can't use Pay Pal with nvda. It appears to be just the same as it ever was, but after I do everything and then the very last step of continue, nothing happens at all.

I must admit I haven't used access much in the last few years, but I did have a poke around in Access 2016 recently with NVDA and I could create and get around a basic database. I haven't tried
