It can be done but you will lose your library as the libarary file is not compatible with the older version of itunes

I had someone with a recoveryy partition do an upgrade, and was able to downgrade with no issue.
I had someone try to upgrade, get there, had to reformat, and not only would windows not reactivate but

Does it force an upgrade after a time? I suspect that once you upgrade, you can't go back, though I don't know that. If that is the case, I would say that upgrading should be done by those who want

can anyone get English out of this file?

Most stations these days broadcast in Flash and/or HtML5. Saving such links won't direct you to the actual underlying stream. There is an underlying stream but the listen links on most station web
