ICloud and Apple Music work just fine. I've had absolutely no issue at all. Granted, I'm running ITunes on a mac, not Windows, but you didn't ask if people were having trouble with it on Windows.

Hello, I tried this program as well on my Windows 10-based laptop with NVDA, and it was so inaccessible that I uninstalled it after a few days. Yet all I wanted to do was use it as a Podcast

The moral to this story is always back your music, audio books, etc on USB drives or an external hard drive. Even if Apple didn't delete your music, something can always go wrong such as your computer
