Re: NVDA-2016.2 Slows Down with Firefox
I've only had the slow down issue with firefox afteer version 46 release. I also found that the very popular ad blocker slowed it down, and found another one in the add on list which seems much less

Re: Older computer running nvda and windows vista.
Well windows Defender is OK its presumably microsoft security essentials.
Personally, I'd tentd to see if windows 7 would run on it, but stripped down and all the stupid graphic rubbish can be turned

Pauses when rfeading.
Hi All,
I was wondering whether NVDA has an option for the insertion of a pause between paragraph and between sentences.
I have tts app (Text Aloud) which allows such insertion and to my mind

I've switched to use gmail standard view a while back and I love it.
I no longer need a mail client installed on my computers.

Hi,
I've just checked and there is no select all button (I wonder why). So I'd suggest switching to standard view, where there is a button labelled "select" with an option to select

Michelle here,
Yes freedom scientific pack mate is in the list of Braille displays. If the driver is installed for your Braille display.
Have a look at the help file on the NVDA website for more
