Re: NVDA 2019.3.1 refuses to start after most recent addon updates
Hi,
Try using “nvda -r” – although NVDA 2019.3.1 won’t require the restart (-r) switch, add it just in case.
Cheers,

Hi,
If the license is stored in a file other than nvda.ini or not contained inside addons folder, it won’t impact you.
Cheers,

Will do. Would this impact my Acapela TTS at all? Will I need to reregister it or anything of the like?

Hello,
Yes, I am using the latest version of Acapela TTS. The addon was working fine until I updated whichever four I did yesterday. I will send the NVDA.log file shortly.

What information do these logs contain and how frequently are they wiped/overwritten? I'm having a bit of trouble reading it with JAWS for some reason.

I tried doing what you suggested, copied and pasted exactly minus the quotes. Unfortunately, nothing happened.
