I'm still using it, and have the latest version, because I don't use speech. With braille it works very well, but it's true that it's been more or less abandoned.

NVDA key Q problem went away
After installing the NVDA beta, my problem with the NVDA key Q went away. I even had the problem after restarting with ad ons disabled.
