Can I add simviation some how to the 1core dictionary and not have it blow up any other synths I use, that's the only set of voices that cannot pronounce simviation correctly

You really don't need any nvda add ons for foobar. I use it all the time and it's very very accessible. You can set up keyboard shortcuts to do most of the tasks.

Well uncheck the box, hit ok, exit nvda, then start nvda again.
I have tried this on my system and it works, nvda is not running at login eather just after it but I have turned all of them
