I am having issues with Nvda 2019.3.1 not working will with some web pages when using the latest version of Google chrome. On the medicare.cov web site you can not get links to activate. Works fine

Open file explorer by holding down the Windows key and pressing the E key. Then hold down the ALT key and press the V key and finally press the H key twice. This acts as a toggle and will turn it on

The NVDA version can only be used for NVDA.
The other version can be used on windows and for any other speaking app/screen reader.
Not sure which is better because I have only used and paid for the

And for the record, what one does to show/hide hidden files has remained the same for a very, very long time now. It didn't change under Windows 10 one iota.
