Re: Reader mode in Chrome?
Not sure. If you got the older version of it that works with xp. I really would not know if you can do this with an over version of firefox. If you can great.

Re: Tutorial: Disable UI Automation in the Chromium Edge.
You can do that. But what if your friends ask you how do you know about it when you are still using xp? It would better help you if you did upgrade to windows ten.

Re: Reader mode in Chrome?
Try just read or mercury reader. Just reader when you right click on page and save as it allows single html which is read by nvda.

Well then it may not work for xp. If you are still using it. I thought edge is only for ten.

Try changing the shortcut on your desktop for Chrome.
Point to it and press alt+enter
Change the command to something like:

I don't know if you can save web pages reformatted by Reader Mode. I've never tried nor seen anything about it.

Re: Reader mode in Chrome?
A single keystroke invocation is pretty nice. With firefox, I just press the f9 key and the page reloads in reader mode. It is a useful feature, up to a point.

I saw something recently that Reader View has been removed from Chrome. In Firefox, I haven't played with other browsers in this respect, the browser determines whether a page meets the criteria

If you are continuing xp I don’t think you can try Chromian Edge. Not unless you upgrade to windows ten. If you end up on windows ten. You wil have yourself a learning curve. You will get used to
