Hello, Did you get this figured out? I seem to recall you are using brltty. In linux you must specifically enable braille input in the config file. perhaps there is a similar requirement in windows.

If connecting via USB, you need the driver from HIMS installed. See: https://www.nvaccess.org/files/nvda/documentation/userGuide.html#Hims for our info on it, and the link to the driver:
