It depends whether there is an Eloquence driver in
Python on the system for nvda users. If there is then when Python 3 versions of
nvda start to appear it may need a minor rewrite.
Usually with software, you get a certain
number of minor updates for the price and then maybe a top up payment is needed
to make the download of a major update work. as has been said though the voice
itself will not alter only how it is handled by a given system which uses
it.

I have not yet seen the actual link that gives this. reading the thread thus far it seems that one link goes to a page with a play button not straight to the video. This depends on the link one supposes, nothing else.

Re: Question about Eloquence Synthesizer
Hmm, so once I purchase it, I'll have all updates, only having to
manually redownload and apply it?

You might want to write the company, but I doubt
there are much in the way of updates. Eloquence hasn't been developed for
a long time so the synthesizer itself isn't changing. Whether, at some
point, a new version of Windows 10 will require you to use an updated version is
something that I don't know, but I doubt it. I don't think Windows 10 will
change in any way that makes Eloquence incompatible.

Subject: [nvda] Question about Eloquence
Synthesizer Yesterday I went to the Eloquence's purchasing webpage, going to the FAQ just after. One of the questions answered there was precisely what I'd ask, however, I'm still with the question not answered properly. The FAQ page says that, once purchased, Eloquence will have support to minor updates. So I would like to know, what are these "minor updates" and in which cases do I'd need to purchase it again? Thanks in advance for any and all answers, guys. Cheers, Marcio AKA Starboy Follow or add me on Facebook

Fiction podcasts. was Podcast website accessibility
Below are a few links. These are links to subscribe pages, so you can click on the app of choice or just listen in a browser. The below is mostly audio fiction, because I hate talk show podcasts. The once and future nerd. Tired of old fantasy tropes? Check out this one. I'd suggest checking out this special book 1 edition first. It will get you up to speed quickly. 20 sided stories. because of their Pokemon campaign. Start from episode 1. gay future. This satire has some really great writing. Done disappeared. The best series is the series with the Medium, trying to become the worlds bestist podcaster. That wasn't a typo. Arks. The soundscapes in this are amazing! Limetown. Ten years ago, over three hundred men, women and children disappeared from a small town in Tennessee, never to be heard from again. In this podcast, American Public Radio reporter Lia Haddock asks the question once more, “What happened to the people of Limetown?” The Truth THE TRUTH makes movies for your ears. They're short stories that are sometimes dark, sometimes funny, and always intriguing. Every story is different, but they all take you to unexpected places.

I don't know why that is but if you can use the
play button, that makes the problem an annoyance but not something you can't do
with the browser.

If you were using a script blocker, you would
know. You have to install it.

I don't use Firefox much so I hadn't updated it for
awhile. I updated it to test whether Youtube plays automatically. It
does after the update. I don't know what is causing the problem but do you
hear anything that might indicate what is going on such as a message about
taking an action?
also, have you changed anything such as using a
script blocker?

Subject: Re: [nvda] Youtube in Firefox don't automatically plays
video after loading Youtube Can you make the videos play by taking an action or
do they just not play? If you can make them play, this may be the result
of a Firefox update. Perhaps it is doing this because of the annoyance
many people feel when content from web sites plays automatically such as
advertisements.
