You aren't writing to the owners address. You are writing to the entire list. I originally thought you were writing the owner's list and, since I am not on that list, I assumed at first, that you were writing the owner' of a different list. I realized later that you were addressing the entire list. This is confusing and may mean you will get less help than you would otherwise. You want help from developers or those specifically technically knowledgeable about NVDA. That is not necessarily the moderator or owner and you are limiting, in a confusing way whom you are addressing. If you do want to address something to someone, that should be specified in the subject line.
