Given that Windows 10 Insider Preview just told you that the build is about to expire, you are either running a really old build (prior to 19041) or on an earlier dev channel (say, 19600 or 20161). I've ben having this issue for a while now. I believe I submitted a log to the list some few weeksa go, or something. I'm not using the rc for 20.x, just theepublic build.
