Well the old CD burner xp still seems to work OK in 10, and is very easy to

use.

I'm sure there are many more. A word of warning if the installer uses
opencandy, sometimes this does not work with nvda making it hard to get past

the ;suggested' software. Instead run it from a command prompt such as
filename.exe nocandy
and it will bypass this

It does not auto start. It did while I used Windows 7 but somehow has
lost the auto start function.
And again, I should make it clear that I get the "Windows sign in"
message when I push the power button.

I have been tempted to uninstall NVDA and then reinstall to see if
that fixes the issue. But have done nothing except after the Windows
startup sounder bring up the desktop and push N and then enter and
NVDA starts.

fixed? That was the same issue I was having with libreoffice. But I couldant

I have tried Libre office both with NVDA and jaws. In both cases it's
got a nasty habit at least on my machines of loosing focus, a lot,
like coming out of menus, saving documents, it's quite frustrating.
I've since uninstalled it.

I really liked CDex, but it will no longer work in Win 10. It refuses to recognize I have a disc in the drive when I try to rip tracks. Windows ejects the disc and keeps asking for one.  It always worked great in Win 7 so I need another program like that that will work in Win 10.\

It is accessible with nvda and allows you to take mp3 files and burn them to cd in an audio format.

It works great.

Also, t rip audio cd’s to mp3, I use something called cdex – which I believe stands for cd extraction.

It is free also and works great.

Somnetimes, I just use media player and set it to auto extract and eject the cd once I put it in.
